Library Director

Bridgeport Public Library, a Class IV library in suburban Saginaw County, seeks a resourceful, energetic team-builder to be its next director.  The library is in excellent financial condition with a healthy fund balance and a highly motivated and engaged staff.  Community outreach includes a wide variety of programs, contests and events.  The successful candidate will have either an MLS or MLIS degree, and managerial experience in all areas of library operation, with an emphasis on financial systems, marketing and human resources.  Full benefit package, with starting salary based on experience in the $40 - $65K range.
