Cooperative Director

The White Pine Library Cooperative (WPLC) is seeking a strategic, service-oriented Director to lead a collaborative network of forty-eight member libraries. Reporting to a nine-member Board of Trustees and working with the Advisory Council made up of member libraries, the Director oversees operations, staff, finances, and programs while advancing the Cooperative’s mission of coordinating and providing high-quality, cost-effective services that strengthen member libraries through partnerships and advocacy. 

This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful library services across thirteen counties while shaping the future of collaboration, innovation, and access within the Cooperative.  The Cooperative focuses on strengthening member libraries, providing shared resources and services to maximize library budgets,  and supporting members as they adapt to evolving community demands, technology, and information access.
