Job Summary
The Frances Willson Thompson Library and Genesee Historical Collections Center seek an Assistant Librarian for Student Success to join a community of information professionals dedicated to empowering intellectual and personal growth through access to diverse resources and a welcoming, student-centered environment.The Assistant Librarian for Student Success provides assistance and instruction services to students, faculty, staff, and others in support of coursework, research, and general inquiry. In collaboration with colleagues, the person in this position will develop relationships with colleges and schools, academic support units, and other student-facing units at UM-Flint, create online content, and provide research assistance, specialized research support services, instruction, workshops, and seminars in online and in-person formats.
